Training Seminars

Everyone from homebuilders to stay at home moms attend our local seminars. Our hands-on seminars are fun and educational. No prior experience is needed to attend. In just two days of training you will be on your way to success!

2012 Dates:
- Flooring Seminar - Thursday, February 9
- Countertop Seminar - Friday, February 10 and 1/2 day Saturday February 11
Price - $499 per seminar. Register for both classes and receive a $100 discount. 
We also offer private classes for groups of 3 or more. Ask about our special one-day class pricing
Payment must be made before training begins. For your convenience we accept credit cards (Visa, Discover, Mastercard), money orders, checks or cash. Checks should be made out to StarTex Concrete Supply. If space is available, payments may also be made on the first day of training from 7:00-8:00 a.m.

Daily schedule during training:
Training begins each day at 9:00 a.m. and ends at about 4:00 p.m. Lunch, snacks and beverages are provided.
What to wear:
You will want to wear work clothes as you will be working with concrete products, acrylic paints, epoxy and more.
What to bring:
We will supply all tools and products. You may want to bring extra paper and pens for taking notes.
What does your training include:
You will receive hands-on instruction from expert installers. You will learn how to:
- create beautiful custom countertops that look like granite, marble, stone or stained concrete with endless possibilities of color.
- create shower walls.
- resurface indoor and outdoor floors to look like stone, tile, flagstone, slate and more.
- create stones and boulders to be used for outdoor barbeques, water features, and many other creative products.
- market this product from the samples that you create. You will also be able to consult with customers, give estimates and make sales!
